These Terms of Service govern your use of sbcreativeco.com and any purchase you make from Sarah-Beth's Creative Co. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

About the shop

Sarah-Beth's Creative Co. is an independently owned, sole-proprietor shop selling hand-drawn, made-to-order pin-back buttons. Every button is drawn and assembled by hand after an order is placed — see our Shipping policy and Refund policy for how that affects timing and returns.

Not affiliated with Auburn University

Our designs are independent fan art inspired by Auburn game days and Tri-Delta sorority life. Sarah-Beth's Creative Co. is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially licensed by Auburn University, Delta Delta Delta (Tri-Delta), or any of their trademark holders. Any references to team names, colors, or traditions are used descriptively, not as a claim of official partnership.

Products and pricing

We do our best to describe and price our products accurately, but mistakes happen — colors may vary slightly by screen, and we reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, cancel an affected order, and issue a full refund if that happens. We may add, remove, or change products at any time.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm your order by email. Payment is collected at checkout through Shopify's secure payment processing. You're responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and email — we can't be responsible for orders sent to an address you entered incorrectly.

Intellectual property

All artwork, designs, and content on this site are original creations of Sarah-Beth's Creative Co. and are protected by copyright. Buying a button gives you the physical item — it doesn't give you the right to reproduce, resell, or use the artwork itself. Please don't copy or repost our designs without permission.

Acceptable use

Please use this site lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt it, scrape it, or interfere with other visitors' use of it.

Product safety

Our buttons are small items with a pin backing and are not toys. Keep away from young children due to choking and puncture hazards.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sarah-Beth's Creative Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
