Shipping policy

How long it takes

Every button is made after you order it, not pulled off a shelf. Allow 2–3 business days for yours to be made, padded, and packed before it ships. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday start on the next business day.

Once it's posted, delivery inside the US usually takes 3–5 business days — so plan on roughly a week from order to doorstep. It can run longer around holidays and home-game weekends.

Cost

Shipping is free on orders over $50. Below that, the cost is calculated at checkout based on where it's going.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States.

If you need them by a certain date

Tell us when you order. Two weeks' notice is comfortable, especially during football season — and if you have less than that, ask anyway and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.

Tracking and lost parcels

You'll get a confirmation email when your order ships. If it hasn't turned up within 10 business days of that email, get in touch through the contact page and we'll chase it with the carrier.
